These terms and conditions govern the use of the Private Equity Info website by the User and are subject to change without notice.

License and Use of Service
Private Equity Info grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and utilize the website solely for its own internal business purposes. The User agrees not to copy the data in whole or in part, for the purpose of publishing the information, reselling the information or for the purpose of retaining a local copy of the data to use as an in-house data source or to further populate an existing in-house database. As such, the User agrees to not systematically "scrape" or duplicate data from the website, either manually or in an automated fashion, in an effort to retain a significant portion or all of the data for future use.

User Accounts and Passwords
The User agrees not to share login information to non-subscribers.

Data Contributions
Users are invited to contribute data to Private Equity Info. In submitting data, the User agrees that it does not breach any confidentiality agreement, copyright or intellectual property right and acknowledges that Private Equity Info may use such data without restriction.

Ownership of Service
The User acknowledges that the data, copyrights, title and other intellectual proprietary rights - including, but not limited to, the search methodologies, search algorithms, data fields, layout of the search results and online demo methodology - shall remain the property of Private Equity Info, a division of TruSight, LLC.

No Reliance
Private Equity Info makes no representation or warranty that the information contained in the website is accurate, reliable, up-to-date or complete. The User agrees not to take legal action against Private Equity Info or TruSight, LLC with respect to any inaccurate information.

Limitations of Liability
The User agrees that Private Equity Info shall not be liable for any failure or inability to provide the service due to circumstances beyond Private Equity Info's reasonable control. Further, the User agrees that Private Equity Info and TruSight, LLC will not be liable for any damage to the User's hardware, software or data.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
We are proud of our product quality and the service that we provide. As such, Private Equity Info offers subscribers a full-refund should you be dissatisfied with your subscription or our service.

One caveat - we only refund the unused remaining portion of your subscription minus the price of the downloads performed, priced at $0.50 per record.
